Exchange

Exchange can be done within 3 days from the date of delivery of orders. Tags should be intact and product should be in an unused condition. 

For Exchange basic charge of Rs.100 will be applicable for the reverse pickup and reshipping of order.

Reverse Pickup will be done within 7 days post the intimation. Thereafter, once the package has been received and has duly passed the quality inspection the new product will be dispatched.

Complete exchange process will take 12-14 working days.

NOTE- In case we receive used/damaged/lesser items, MEEMORA holds the right to limit/ignore the exchange amount.
